Here's a 12x12 birthday-themed page using our Stampin Around builder wheels. The great thing about the builder wheels is just that - you can "build" the combination of wheels that you like best! This layout uses three of them - So Many Stars, Birthday, and Candle Crazy. In addition to the builder wheel, stamps from the Party Hearty set were used. The "splatter" on the Early Espresso photo mount is vanilla shimmer Smooch Spritz.
